We are currently hiring a Bilingual Spanish AP/AR Clerk in the city of Ontario.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry level Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, strong administrative skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accounts payable tasks including invoicing, billing, and reconciliation
- Assist with general accounting duties as needed
- Support HR with attendance tracking, voluntary deductions, and reporting
- Perform general office tasks such as filing and document organization
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (required)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (AP/AR experience, invoicing, billing, and reconciliation preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
