As an A&P Mechanic III, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our aircraft. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance on aircraft systems and components.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal aircraft performance.
• Document all maintenance activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aircraft maintenance technology.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certification is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on troubleshooting and repairs.

• You must have your own tools.

• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety standards.

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Flexibility to travel and support multiple work locations

• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts when required

Work Environment

This position involves hands-on work in aircraft maintenance facilities and field environments, including:

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
• Exposure to loud noise levels
• Working around aircraft, machinery, fuels, and hazardous materials
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Safety-sensitive responsibilities involving aircraft inspection, maintenance, and operational readiness
