The Supply Planning Analyst will provide critical analytical and operational support to the Supply Chain Planning team while working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production and Logistics. This role will support Supply Chain Planning Initiatives do drive improved inventory management and excellence in customer service.

To be successful the Supply Planning Analyst will have strong analytical skills & critical thinking skills, in order to consolidate and analyze large volumes of data; and will be self-motivated and results-driven. The successful Supply Planning Analyst will have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization.



  • Supports one or more of the following Supply Chain Planning Initiatives:

    • Obsolescence Reduction

    • Inventory Control & Reporting

    • JDA Planning System - Inventory Optimization

  • Preparation and publication of Supply Chain Planning reports weekly and/or monthly, inclusive of monitoring program progress

  • Supports monthly S&OP Meetings with data and/or summaries regarding status of assigned initiatives

  • Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Supply Chain Planning processes, particularly with cost, service, and quality initiatives and drives process improvement initiatives to successful completion.

  • Ad-hoc projects and activities as assigned by management

  • Position will regularly utilize key business tools such as JDA Supply Chain Planning, IQ (Microstrategy) Reporting, and SAP S/4HANA to access data, perform analysis, and review output.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a Business-related field

  • 2+ years analytical or planning experience

  • Proven technical proficiency with analytic tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access)

  • Solid analytical, business process analysis and problem-solving capabilities

  • Effective time management and organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and on project teams

  • Self-starter, with minimal supervision

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work with all levels and functions within the Company

  • Ability to perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company’s values

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in supply chain role in CPG industry or beverage manufacturer

  • Visualization software experience (MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI)

  • SQL, VBA and/or other programming language skills a bonus

  • Model building expertise to answer “what if” scenarios

  • APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD)

  • ERP systems knowledge (JDA, SAP S/4HANA)

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
