Job Details

Under the direction of the Lead of Project Operations, the Project Analyst will work closely with Consulting Services team members to support both internal and client projects in a fast-paced, growing consulting environment.

This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is highly organized, collaborative, and interested in building experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consulting projects. We welcome candidates who have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, setup, and day-to-day coordination of internal and client projects
  • Assist with developing project statements of work (SOWs) and budgets, and help route them through internal review processes
  • Use internal Project Operations tools and processes to initiate and maintain projects
  • Create, track, and update project timelines, helping teams stay on schedule
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource hours, with support from senior team members
  • Identify project risks or issues and escalate them appropriately
  • Support scope and change management processes, ensuring updates are communicated and documented
  • Assist with project financial tracking and client billing coordination in partnership with finance and senior team members
  • Help prepare and update project status reports, creative briefs, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items
  • Schedule and coordinate internal project meetings and client status meetings
  • Participate in client calls as needed, capture notes, and track action items
  • Learn and follow client-specific processes to ensure compliance
  • Support Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) submissions through client portals and other submission tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client reviewers to help ensure deliverables are submitted on time
  • Route project deliverables to appropriate team members for review, editing, design, and approval
  • Perform quality checks on deliverables to ensure naming conventions, formatting, references, and annotations are complete
  • Maintain organized electronic project files and documentation
  • Help communicate project updates internally and externally
  • Identify opportunities to improve team communication and project efficiency
  • Support vendor or contractor coordination as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, client services, marketing, consulting support, or a similar role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office or team environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, and MS Teams
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • PMP certification or progress toward a project management certification
