Analyze all expenses related to the Smart Services program for individual customers and fleet operators
Identify all parts consumed by aircraft model
Provide recommendations for better adjudication of claims within the framework of the Smarts Parts programs
Cross-reference the actual parts consumption against the theoretical model
Compare the parts adjudication against our contractual obligations
Develop segmentation analysis, customer profiles and customer dashboards to review parts consumption
Support the Cost reduction Sales team on data pulling and presentations
Support all senior leadership requests for Smart Services analysis from a strategic stand-point
Gather market feedback on desired improvements to cost reduction processes by working with Governance team
Gather publicly available information on similar programs for comparison purposes.
Carry out responsibilities autonomously and in cooperation with management and cross functional departments such as Operations.
You possess five (5) years’ experience in aviation and / or aircraft maintenance
You have Product knowledge of business aircraft maintenance and programs (warranty, PBH, RIMP, CAMP)
You have an A&P License or technical training equivalent
You possess working knowledge of aircraft service industry and what drives business margin
You have a customer Service background / experience with superb customer orientation
You possess skills necessary to confront obstacles in an objective, professional manner
You are known for having strong communications experience in both verbal and written form. Must be able to speak, read and write the language of the region
You possess the ability to work in teams or independently as situation requires with urgency and drive
You are Autonomous, independent and self-motivated
You possess skills necessary to manage time and prioritize tasks
You possess Computer skills necessary to learn and / or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and web-based application
You possess excellent oral and written French and English communication skills (French: Quebec and France only)
