Job Overview:

Jabra is seeking an After Market Services (AMS) Senior Project Coordinator to maintain a hybrid schedule, (remote/Lowell, MA. office). In this role you will plan and execute Global After Market Services projects to achieve Must Win Battles in a world-leading company, joining our newly formed Global AMS Project Office. You will be collaborating closely with colleagues globally across the organization.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously optimize project management toolbox with Portfolio/Project Management templates.

  • Maintain AMS project portfolio dashboard, roadmap, and presentation, and identify AMS resource involvement to perform workload assessments.

  • Coordinate consolidation of AMS initiatives overviews and presentations and drive the development of summary project charters.

  • Coordinate gathering of business data used for strategic analyses.

  • Prepare project business cases to demonstrate project ROI to internal stakeholders.

  • Drive AMS projects through management of project resources by planning and executing the project delivery in accordance with project descriptions.

  • Support the definition, review, roll-out and anchoring of minor enhancements to optimize AMS setup, operations, and processes.

  • Support cross-functional company initiatives as AMS representative driving project actions within AMS areas and team.

  • Support AMS management by maintaining department presentation(s) and following up with Global AMS team to ensure management presentations are completed.

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related field
  • PMP Certification a plus

  • At least 3 years of coordination and project management preferably in a cross-functional environment

  • Strong project management skills

  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, or MS Project)

  • Good commercial understanding with basic financial knowledge

  • Experience with a focus on customer solutions in an AMS setting

  • Experience managing challenges and conflicts with internal or external stakeholders
