Overview:
Flexcraft is seeking a skilled and motivated Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for ensuring production equipment operates efficiently and reliably. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to meet efficiency standards
- Troubleshoot molding machines and auxiliary equipment
- Perform mold changes and machine startups
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
- Use measurement tools to ensure product quality
- Maintain accurate documentation and clean workspaces
- Assist in training new team members
Qualifications:
Preferred:
- Experience with GMP, ISO 9001:2015, lean manufacturing, 5S
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
- Experience in process troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Minimum:
- High School Diploma or GED (college coursework or 2+ years relevant experience preferred)
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thermometers, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS or similar)

- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
- Perform repetitive tasks and work at elevated heights
- Bend, kneel, and reach as needed
