Job Description

SUMMARY:                         Will support the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Organization. Requires an individual who has excellent communication skills, Knowledgeable in manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:         Include, but are not limited to,

• Supports Allen Harim’s vision, mission and values
• Load and unload trucks
• Inspect incoming material to verify the condition and quality of the product received matches what is stated on the receiving documents
• Organize and prepare stock identification tags for all ingredients
• Insure racks, bins, and storage areas do not overflow
• Complete appropriate paperwork and reports
• Rotate stock
• Perform routine housekeeping in all areas of the mill
• Dispose of scrap and waste in the proper receptacles
• Keep floors free from spills and debris
• Return tools to their proper storage place when finished with the tools
• Keep tools in proper working condition or report when tools need repair or replacement
• Keep aisles and walkways clean and open
• Comply with all company policies
• Comply with all local, state, and Federal laws and regulations
• All other duties as assigned.

 Requirements: 

• Must read and comprehend English 
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be able to work in cold, hot an dusty environments
