Objectives

• Performs the daily duties on the principle of the SFS corporate model and values
• Actively supports and represents the SFS brand

Principal Duties

• Contributes to a good work climate and teamwork
• Follows the QES (Quality, Environmental, Safety) standards
• Follows HR policies
• Actively participates in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
• Actively participate to achieve the defined MbOs
• Is committed to further pursuing training
• Is committed to cleanliness, preventive maintenance and proper use of assigned equipment
• Follows applicable work instructions and guidelines located in BMS
• Understands and works by production paperwork / data entry
• Actively prevents and detects potential quality problems
• Actively communicates with Group Leader
• Works with Group Leader to maintain a high delivery service level
• Understands and performs material handling tasks
• Has detailed knowledge of assigned equipment and operates it with highest efficiency
