Job Overview:

Quality and Agile Specialist

  • Instilling and inspiring an agile mindset throughout the organization.
  • Be a change agent in promoting change management and communicate frequently to all levels of the organization.
  • Analyze the organization's existing infrastructure and guide for improvements to streamline processes and create efficiencies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through the use of agile rituals and techniques like retrospective, relative estimation, burndown charts....
  • Assess the Agile maturity of the team(s) and coach them to move to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable, and aligned to the Industrial Automation transformation charter.
  • Facilitate and deliver workshops on Agile practices, frameworks and methodologies
  • Coach teams to remove roadblocks and impediments to change and delivery.
  • Develop and design a strategy for the continued adoption of Agile
  • Establish and support communities of practice to promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and to help individuals develop into them.
  • Monitor & Analyze Performance KPIs for the delivery organization and report key insights that’ll help improve the efficiency & performance

 

Experience

  • Should have good knowledge of SDLC and PDLC and various Software development frameworks (Agile, Iterative, DEVOPS)
  • Working experience with various agile development methodologies
  • Hands on experience of Agile-DevOps related tools
  • Experience in setting up Agile CoE
  • Experience in leading Quality / Transformation / Strategic Projects
  • Agile Coaching & Consulting
  • Facilitated and driven Change Management

Required skills

  • Strong agile skills, working with scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
  • CMMi, Six Sigma, CSM, ITIL, SAFE Agile, etc. Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
  • Quality Concepts & Tools Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills including positive, open, engaging, mentoring, coaching, influencing, collaborating, and team building

 

 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience
  • Strong agile skills, working with scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
  • CMMi, Six Sigma, CSM, ITIL, SAFE Agile, etc. Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
  • Quality Concepts & Tools Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
