Job Description

• 2nd and 3rd shift schedule – Monday to Friday from 4pm-12:30am or Sunday to Thursday from 11pm-7:30am. Must be available for OT when needed.

• Competitive hourly rate depending on experience - $24.00 to start, with the ability to earn up to $30.00

• Adhere to standard procedures for machine setup, part production, and preventative maintenance (PM).

• Inspect, deburr, and perform manual tasks or operate additional equipment, including selecting and presetting tools for upcoming jobs.

• Update and maintain visual controls; develop and implement countermeasures as needed.

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

• Actively participate in SMED, Kaizen events, and "5 Whys" problem-solving activities.

• Address or report any equipment issues.

• Follow company safety procedures and standards to ensure the safety of individuals and the workplace, while minimizing risks to oneself, colleagues, contractors, customers, and property

• A high school diploma or GED; trade school certification preferred

• 2+ years of machining experience or equivalent education in a related field

• Experience with tool changes and making in-process offset adjustments

• Blueprint reading and a solid understanding of GD&T.

• Familiarity with CNC machines (mills/lathes) and controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma.
