2nd and 3rd shift schedule – Monday to Friday from 4pm-12:30am or Sunday to Thursday from 11pm-7:30am. Must be available for OT when needed.
Competitive hourly rate depending on experience - $24.00 to start, with the ability to earn up to $30.00

Adhere to standard procedures for machine setup, part production, and preventative maintenance (PM).
Inspect, deburr, and perform manual tasks or operate additional equipment, including selecting and presetting tools for upcoming jobs.
Update and maintain visual controls; develop and implement countermeasures as needed.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Actively participate in SMED, Kaizen events, and "5 Whys" problem-solving activities.
Address or report any equipment issues.

A high school diploma or GED; trade school certification preferred
2+ years of machining experience or equivalent education in a related field
Experience with tool changes and making in-process offset adjustments
Blueprint reading and a solid understanding of GD&T.
Familiarity with CNC machines (mills/lathes) and controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma.
