Develop controlled workflows for calibration, repair, replacement, and escalation processes.
Establish best practices that improve instrumentation readiness and measurement reliability.

Drive Equipment Reliability and Readiness

Analyze failure modes across mechanical, electrical, and thermal measurement systems.
Implement process controls that minimize unplanned test rig and production downtime.
Conduct lifecycle assessments and recommend equipment replacements, upgrades, and backup strategies.

Improve Performance Through Data and Metrics

Develop and monitor key metrics related to calibration workloads, overdue gages, equipment health, and lifecycle conditions.
Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support organizational efforts to improve measurement system effectiveness and operational performance.

Collaborate Across Functions

Partner with Metrology, Repair Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve systemic instrumentation and readiness issues.
Serve as the technical focal point for SOOT dispositions.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive sustainable process improvements and equipment availability.
