We are searching for someone to join our team as an Aftermarket Projects Coordinator and are specifically looking for someone who has had previous experience in this field. You will be responsible for all Industrial Watertube Boiler aftermarket parts orders. This includes coordination with purchasing, production control, inventory control, manufacturing engineering, and transportation to ensure on time and accurate shipments for Aftermarket. If you feel you possess the capabilities for this position, then take the first steps to becoming part of our team by applying on our website! 

Essential Functions ...

  • Reviews customer order documentation for completeness and concerns.  Resolves any issues and initiates the project.
  • Coordinates functions of purchasing, production control, transportation, engineering and inventory control to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintains liaison with Milwaukee, NE Boiler manufacturing, suppliers, and warehouse to provide efficient customer delivery service.  
  • Communicates Aftermarket order status to representatives and assists with issues that arise on jobs.
  • Creates purchase orders for purchased parts for all orders.
  • Coordinates shop orders for all manufactured products and delivers all documents and drawings to manufacturing. 
  • Communicates shipping requirements to the shipping department and supplies pick tickets for all shipments.
  • Position requires regular exercise of problem solving and policy or procedure interpretation skills.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Company is required.
  • May do sourcing/pricing for Milwaukee and Nebraska quotes.
  • Demonstrates enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established policies to achieve overall objectives of this position.
  • Apply intellect, creativity, adaptability, judgment, and management skills to achieve required results.
  • Ensure duties and company projects are accomplished in an efficient and cost effective manner.
  • Support peers and management with internal and external projects.
  • Adhere to company policies.
  • Other duties as directed.

Personal Competencies …

  • Understanding of ISO 9001 procedures.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in previous positions.
  • Customer interface experience.

 Do You Qualify ...

Education …

  • High School Diploma - Associates Degree preferred.

Experience …   

  • Minimum of 3 years in a purchasing environment preferred.  Boiler knowledge desired.

  • Work involves fairly light and simple types of physical exertion.
  • Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features.
  • Negligible/little or no exposure to hazardous conditions.
