The Aftermarket Operations Production Analytics & Customer Experience Team (PACE) is looking for an individual to support the AMO Command Center Pratt & Whitney’s global aftermarket network.

The Aftermarket Operations business unit supports the P&W Commercial Engines division and represents a collection of repair and overhaul businesses which specialize in various types of aircraft engine overhaul, maintenance, and component repair serving both Pratt & Whitney and a variety of global customers. Aftermarket Operations overhaul and repair facilities along with partners and customers support thousands of engine shop visits around the world each year.

The CE Aftermarket Analytics Manager is integral in understanding ETAT drivers, working to mitigate risks, and escalate emerging issues as needed. This individual will work closely with operations, customer service, finance, the program office, and the AMO leadership team.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Lead AMO Production calls, drive critical part support activities
  • Status EagleNet cases and resolutions
  • Track recovery plans & improvement initiatives
  • Involvement with target/goal setting: Shipments, Latest Estimate, TAT, etc.
  • Participate in IPMT meetings

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Technology or technical discipline and 8 years of applicable experience in Operations, Aftermarket, Aerospace or Commercial Aviation
  • U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts
  • Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to set and work towards goals at a big picture level but effect change at a detailed operational level
  • Self-motivated and proactive problem solver with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Proven ability to understand complex systems and processes
  • Proven ability to filter and distill relevant information from complex datasets
  • Ability to mediate discussions between stakeholders with varying incentives

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with aerospace industry repair processes (engine and/or component)
  • Experience using MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Ability to demonstrate strong strategic thinking, business judgment, innovation, and team building skills
  • Comfort with escalation processes
  • Ability to speak comfortably about results to all levels of leadership
