Overview

We are seeking skilled Aerospace Structural Assemblers with 5+ recent years recent experience for a 6 month contract onsite in FLORIDA. MUST** **have experience with thin gauge aluminum materials.

Project Specs:

• Pay Rate $42/hr
• 50hrs/week GUARANTEED (OT after 40)
• $45 per diem (tax-free), 7 days a week
• Private hotel accommodations (we handle the booking)
• Must have ITAR Documentation (Passport or Birth Certificate)
• Must pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Will perform sealing operations. Sealants include face sealing, encapsulation, and fillet seals.

• Will be required to burnish. Tools used include sanders, Scotch Brite, and burnishing wheels as well as brushes

• Responsible for locating and installing floors, seat tracks, structural panels, and related components.

• Utilize specialized tooling, precision alignment methods, and pinned fixture setups to maintain engineering tolerances

• Work with fasteners such as: bolts, cherry bolts, lock bolts, HI LOKs, HI LITEs, and

  Jo-Bolts

Qualifications

• 4 or more years experience in structural assembly, preferred: aerospace

• MUST** **have experience with thin gauge aluminum

• Take a Rivet Plate Test

• Have worked with tooling fixtures

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Willing and able to travel out of state for work
