Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of aerospace components and assemblies to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments and tools to assess product quality and identify defects.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal audits and assist in the development of quality assurance procedures.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and inspection processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in quality assurance or aerospace manufacturing preferred.
• Proven experience as a quality inspector in the aerospace industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Proficient in the use of inspection tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
