Job Description

Level 1 – Mechanical Assembly (ITAR Compliant)

Entry Level- Performs basic mechanical assembly on the production floor.

• Uses hand tools and follows assembly instructions.

• Completes repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy.

• No soldering experience required.

• Must lift up to 20 lbs and have basic mechanical aptitude.

• Preferred: High school diploma/GED, blueprint reading, Spanish.

Level 2 – Mechanical Assembly + Soldering

(ITAR Compliant)

Intermediate- Performs mechanical and electronic assembly.

• Uses soldering equipment to assemble electronic components.

• Must have technical soldering experience.

• Must meet IPC J-STD-001 Class 3 requirements.

• Must lift up to 20 lbs and have strong attention to detail.

• Preferred: IPC J-STD-001 certification.

Level 3 – Advanced Assembly + Aerospace Soldering

(ITAR Compliant)

Advanced- Performs mechanical and electronic assembly.

• Completes precision soldering for aerospace and military applications.

• Must have experience with IPC J-STD-001 Class 3 and J-STD-001H requirements.

• Requires strong technical soldering skills and attention to detail.

• Must lift up to 20 lbs.
