Position Overview

Join a growing manufacturing team supporting the production of high-quality ceramic components for the aerospace industry. Positions are available in production, shipping, maintenance, and machine operation departments. Candidates with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply, but entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic and desire to learn will also be considered for select openings.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards
• Inspect products and materials to ensure specifications are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Support team goals and continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical job duties as required
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus for certain departments

Schedule & Pay

• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
• Day, Afternoon, and Night Shift opportunities
