We are seeking experienced professionals for two specialized opportunities supporting the manufacturing and inspection of high-precision aerospace components. One position focuses on CNC programming and machining, while the other focuses on CMM programming and dimensional inspection.
Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Lathe and Mill-Turn experience to develop, modify, and optimize programs for high-precision aerospace components. This role involves working with complex geometries, tight tolerances, aerospace-grade materials, and advanced machining processes while supporting production efficiency and quality.
Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis lathes and mill-turn machines.
Interpret complex aerospace drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
Develop machining strategies using CAD/CAM software for close-tolerance components.
Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, cutting parameters, and work-holding methods.
Program and support machining of titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other aerospace materials.
Perform program prove-outs and support First Article Inspection activities.
Troubleshoot programming, tooling, setup, and machining issues.
Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve production issues.
Optimize machining processes to improve cycle times, productivity, and equipment utilization.
Maintain CNC programs, setup sheets, tooling lists, and revision documentation.
Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure machining processes meet customer, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
5+ years of CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
3+ years of experience programming and supporting CNC lathes and mill-turn equipment.
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, ESPRIT, NX CAM, Fusion 360, or similar.
Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, machining practices, and cutting tool technology.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Experience with multi-axis machining and complex part geometries.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively with engineering, quality, and production teams.
Aerospace manufacturing experience.
Experience with Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, Siemens, or Mori Seiki controls.
Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements.
Experience with SPC and process capability studies.
Experience machining flight-critical, engine, structural, or landing gear components.
Technical degree or certification in CNC Programming, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
Seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to develop, validate, maintain, and improve inspection programs for aerospace and precision-machined components. This role will provide dimensional inspection data and technical support to Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations while ensuring products meet customer specifications and engineering requirements.
Develop, validate, document, and maintain CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS.
Create inspection programs based on engineering drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications.
Perform offline and online programming for new and existing products.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CMM equipment.
Perform first article, in-process, receiving, and final inspections.
Analyze measurement results and identify dimensional trends and discrepancies.
Support AS9102 First Article Inspection activities and documentation.
Verify CMM program accuracy against engineering requirements.
Determine appropriate inspection methods, measurement strategies, and sampling plans.
Use precision inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gages, bore gages, optical comparators, and related equipment.
Investigate dimensional discrepancies and participate in root cause and corrective action activities.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, records, control plans, and quality documentation.
Work with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve inspection methods and processes.
Identify opportunities to improve inspection efficiency, automate processes, and reduce inspection cycle times.
Provide technical guidance to CMM operators and quality inspectors.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or vocational training preferred.
3+ years of CMM programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience programming and operating CMM equipment using PC-DMIS.
Strong knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and CAD models.
Experience inspecting close-tolerance machined components and assemblies.
Working knowledge of SPC and dimensional data analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing experience.
Experience with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
Knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements.
Experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, Creo, or similar CAD software.
GD&T or quality-related certification.
ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT), Certified Quality Inspector (CQI), or similar certification.
Experience with automated inspection systems and advanced metrology equipment.
Both positions are based in a precision manufacturing environment where quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in manufacturing and office/inspection environments.
Comfortable working around machine tools, production equipment, and moderate noise.
Ability to use computers, measuring equipment, and inspection systems for extended periods.
