Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly of aerospace components according to detailed specifications and drawings.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to ensure accurate assembly and quality control.
• Conduct inspections of assembled products to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
• Proven experience in manual assembly, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Pass Background check yielding no felonies

You should be proficient in:

• Machine Building/Assembling
• AS9100
• Design for Assembly (DFA)
• ISO 9001 Certification Experience
• Mechanical Assembly Skills
