We are currently seeking an Advanced Technician Manufacturing/Process Engineer who will be responsible for optimal manufacturing methods and processes to produce company products from start-up and building the product line. This includes analyzing engineering design documents to establish manufacturing methods and processes to manufacture a component, create conceptual sketches and initiate and building of required tooling.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Establishing outsourced vendor manufacturing & quality plans.
· Drive improvement to product cost.
· Quality and performance by utilizing Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) methodologies.
The required qualifications for the job include:
· High School/GED Equivalency and 5+ years of related experience.
· Must have CNC Programming experience and CNC Start-up of New Products.
· Must have Mastercam experience.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
· Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
