The Manufacturing Engineer III – Advanced Manufacturing oversees specific sub-sections of complex projects and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve product designs and production processes. This role focuses on implementing solutions that enhance system performance, troubleshooting issues, and working with suppliers to integrate new technologies. They demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple components within a larger initiative.

Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $103510-$137121. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role may also be eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus, and a quarterly sales incentive bonus, subject to eligibility requirements.
Required
5-7 Years of experience in Manufacturing engineering.
3+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing and process optimization.
3-4 examples of proven success leading plan, schedule and execution of complex manufacturing process project.
Good skills in effective problem-solving and able to communicate across some levels of the organization related to concepts of supply-chain, production, and manufacturing.
A great understanding of various manufacturing technologies and methods, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Good interpersonal skills to establish meaningful relationships built on mutual trust and respect, and foster collaborative working relationships amongst a diverse audience.
Great communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presentation), able to partner with and communicate with customers, both technical and non-technical.
Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the quality function.
Good organizational planning, coordinating internal and external resources, and juggling key demands.
Sound business sense and analytical skills with the ability to use and analyze data to drive informed actions, solve complex problems, and drive learning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, including the flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
Great computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Power BI, or other similar systems. Including strong data analysis skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred
Master's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
