Job Overview:


Are you ready to be a key teammate within a redefining hardworking Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team? If so, you will play an expansive part of revolutionizing Delta Faucet Company's manufacturing strategy! In this role you will develop automation strategies and innovative manufacturing processes that will deliver a vision to reinvent manufacturing technology for Delta's Industry 4.0 transformation!


  • Lead sophisticated manufacturing programs using DFC (Delta Faucet Company) Advanced Manufacturing Operating Model (AMOM) processes and tools
  • Develop requirements risk management plans & reports
  • Conduct risk reviews, verifying implementation and efficiency of risk controls
  • Develop varying levels of automated manufacturing processes with machine builders and equipment suppliers
  • Use manufacturing CAE tools (when appropriate) to reduce prototyping, testing, and proof of principal verification costs
  • Prepare capital equipment estimates and cases for a portfolio of new products and key critical initiatives from approved LRP/AOP
  • Integrate existing technologies that enable an Industry 4.0 manufacturing environment
  • Identify, align, and manage key product-to-process/quality requirements from concept to validation and entire system implementation

Education & Experience:

  • Possess a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering and Electrical Engineering Technology field from an accredited four-year college or university and have 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience within an automation environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Have a proven proficiency of the following: Automated Process(es) Design, Requirements & Risk Management, Fail/Recovery Fast Iteration, Test methods and Design of Experiments, PPAP, FMEA and GD&T practices
  • Possess intermediate skills with CAD software (preferably Creo)
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with confidence at all levels of the organization
  • Be a highly motivated, confident, results oriented professional with a steadfast strive to succeed
  • Possess excellent problem-solving abilities, highly developed interpersonal and technical mentoring skills, and the ability to work cross functionally and influence others
  • Be highly adaptable and able to react quickly, be flexible to changing direction and have an aim to complete work on time
  • Ability to optimally lead multiple concurrent assignments
  • Team leadership, collaboration skills and execution experience consistent with Masco Leadership Profile
  • Position is remote and assignments will require travel (+/- 35%) with some travel being outside North America
