Skilled Manufacturing Machine Operator
We’re looking for experienced manufacturing professionals who are comfortable working with machinery, reading blueprints, measuring parts, and producing quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in CNC machining, CNC mills, CNC lathes, press brakes, or similar precision manufacturing equipment. We’re open to candidates with different levels of experience depending on their skill set and ability to learn.
What You’ll Do:
Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, press brakes, or other manufacturing equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurements
Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
Set up machines and make adjustments as needed
Load and unload materials and tooling
Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot basic issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow quality, safety, and production standards
We’re Looking For:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Comfortable using measuring tools and working with precise dimensions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

CNC Mill Operator

Press Brake Operator
Fabrication Operator
Metalworking or precision manufacturing experience
Experience Level:
We’re interested in talking with both highly experienced operators who can set up, program, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as well as experienced machine operators who can read blueprints, measure parts, and confidently run equipment.
The right candidate doesn't necessarily have to know every machine—we’re looking for people with solid manufacturing fundamentals, mechanical ability, and a willingness to learn
