Responsibilities

• Set up and changeover CNC machines for various production runs.
• Perform machine geometry and alignment checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct machine setups according to production specifications and requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining processes.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machine-related issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC machine setup and changeover.
• Strong understanding of machine geometry and alignment principles.
• Experience with machine setups for production runs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
