Job Overview:

Essential Functions

  1. Answers incoming calls and attempts to schedule appointments with interested parties.
  2. Greets and directs visitors to the showroom.  
  3. General appointment scheduling duties between customers and appropriate staff.
  4. Coordinates schedules between multiple team members for future appointments.
  5. Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
  6. Answers general questions relating to products and services and other related information. You would be expected to learn the basics, and direct callers appropriately.
  7. Create requested reports for various trackable data using online CRM system.
  8. Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
  9. Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
  10. Assists department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.
  11. Maintains records, reports, and logs pertaining to client flow procedures.
  12. Enters all invoices and receipts into accounting software program.
  13. Assists in organizational training and development efforts.
  14. Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database as needed.
  15. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 Travel

Local travel may be needed on occasion.

Required Education and Experience

  1. High school diploma.
  2. One year of administrative experience.
  3. Advanced computer skills

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Associate’s degree.
  2. Two years of related experience.
