Our project teams include specialists in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of tele-data communications, audio/video, process control, building management and fire/safety installations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Route and process customer contracts inter office.
  2. Prepare contracts for signature, and mail to customer for all departments.
  3. Prelim projects
  4. Track documentation
  5. Record retention
  6. Audit job folders/contract status.
  7. Request insurance from subcontractors.
  8. Order insurance from Marsh/AJG for our customers for all departments.
  9. Handle all insurance renewals and revisions for all departments.
  10. Assist office with general administrative tasks.
  11. Other duties ma be assigned.


  • Construction experience desirable
  • Contract experience desirable
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
  • Multi task and detail oriented
  • High Volume office

Preferred Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or currently pursuing preferred
  • Working knowledge of the construction industry, operations management, and safety practices a plus
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations and guidelines

Computer Skills

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars. Visio and Outlook a plus.
  • Working knowledge of project and financial software a plus.
