Job Overview:


This position is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative and staff support for assigned leadership, as well as building support duties.



  • Provide administrative support as needed, which may include but is not limited to document preparation, maintaining records, general organization, support of employee recognition, and miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Perform quality functions such as document control
  • Serve as Entity Records Coordinator to implement records management program
  • Coordinate ordering of supplies, organization of supply closet, and organization of the paper mills
  • Coordinate support activities which facilitate engineering projects
  • Coordinate employee recognition opportunities
  • Engage in special projects as assigned



  • Associates Degree, with experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Willingness to help; appropriate service mentality
  • Understand and accept requests with an “I can help you” attitude
  • Teachable, positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
  • Excellent people/relational skills
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Word)
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new subject matter that may be unrelated to area of formal training
  • Experience performing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction/supervision
