Job Overview:

Pasek Security Company, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Administration Support team! You will assist with various departmental functions, including sales order entry, contracts, and customer service. Successful candidates will have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Upload contracts, change orders, and purchase orders into a centralized location to start the review/approval process.
  • Follow-up on all projects, keeping track of relevant details and moving on action points.
  • Enter and maintain commercial sales order.
  • Collaborate with salesman and operations for timeliness and accuracy of sales entered.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in daily office functions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with internal and external customers.
  • Cross-train with other departments to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Provide daily phone back up, entering customer service orders accurately.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Two or more years of administrative, customer service, or billing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
