Assists with day-to-day administration for procurement of materials and components to support supply chain. Completes day-to-day customer invoicing through the ERP system and EDI.
- Provides admin support to purchasing and procurement management, including preparation of correspondence; responds to and routes inquiries received via telephone, email, mail, and other as appropriate
- Customer Invoicing

- Receiving Purchase orders into the system
- Purchase order vouchering
- Scheduling inbound shipments
- Distributing US Mail
- Assisting Customer Service with Order Entry
- High school diploma or GED
