Role Purpose:
Assists with day-to-day administration for procurement of materials and components to support supply chain. Completes day-to-day customer invoicing through the ERP system and EDI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides admin support to purchasing and procurement management, including preparation of correspondence; responds to and routes inquiries received via telephone, email, mail, and other as appropriate
  • Customer Invoicing
  • EDI invoicing
  • Receiving Purchase orders into the system
  • Purchase order vouchering
  • Scheduling inbound shipments
  • Filing
  • Distributing US Mail
  • Assisting Customer Service with Order Entry

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
