Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer support by phone and email
Assist with office administration and daily coordination tasks
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records

Manage Outlook emails, schedules, and office documentation
Support the team with administrative and operational tasks
Maintain professionalism and strong attention to detail in all communications

Qualifications:

Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or coordinator experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional phone etiquette and computer skills
Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook
Ability to multitask and work independently
Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
