Job Overview:

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer phone and greet visitors
  • Provide safety equipment for visitors
  • Maintain incoming and outgoing mail
  • Deliver and sort faxes
  • Order office supplies and monitor inventory to replenish stock as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Support daily entry of Production and Quality Reports
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three years verifiable work experience
  • Previous manufacturing administrative experience preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or control; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
