PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Answer phone and greet visitors
- Provide safety equipment for visitors
- Maintain incoming and outgoing mail
- Deliver and sort faxes
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory to replenish stock as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
- Support daily entry of Production and Quality Reports
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS - Three years verifiable work experience
- Previous manufacturing administrative experience preferred
