Reception Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls and set sales appointments using our script
    • Schedule appointment
    • Email and call to confirm appointment
  • Transfer calls when available and send email to staff if unavailable for calls
  • Great people that enter the showroom and match them with staff or show them the product and set an appointment if no sales staff is available
  • Collect and distribute mail and packages ingoing and outgoing
  • Provide support to other office staff in organizing measure packs, permit packs, filing or other administrative tasks as may be requested when needed
  • Mail out warranties
  • Mail out post cards
  • Greet and prep all employment candidates
  • Transfer calls to all staff in the building
  • Help assist with supplying corporate meetings with food, drinks, handouts etc.
  • Ensures safety compliance for visitors to the factory
  • Bi-lingual preferred
