The Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative interacts with our clients on a daily basis; addressing concerns, entering orders, invoicing, and fielding questions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, persistent, and knowledgeable, with a friendly yet professional demeanor.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Answer & respond to phone calls & emails
Input orders & returns
Assist with accounting processes (invoicing, A/R, merchant services)
Conduct basic administrative tasks such and copying., scanning, & filing
Assist with repair, exchange, and return processes
Work closely with Sales, Assembly, Repair, and Shipping
Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction.
Create & maintain customer data files
Become an expert on our products and services

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in customer service environment preferred
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Marketing experience/knowledge helpful but not required
Intermediate level of computer skills with Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks preferred
Professional manner, strong work ethic
Perform other duties as required
