SUMMARY
Maintains Operational and freight Accounts Payables, assists employees in Sales & Accounting Departments, Performs data entry. Receives callers at establishment, determines nature of business, perform receptionist duties and assists with other office duties as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responds to vendor inquiries.
- Collects and maintains W-9’s for 1099 purposes.
- Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
- Logs daily paperwork from the yards and distribute.
- Emails packing list and pictures to customer of loaded material sold.
-- Performs receptionist duties including greeting visitors, operating telephone console, directing calls, taking messages, arranging appointments, etc.
- Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Performs variety of administrative duties such as filing, ordering supplies and maintaining office supplies.
- Performs other duties as needed.
