Mega Force Staffing is looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused Office Support / Administrative Assistant to join our team!

As part of our staffing office, you'll play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. You'll interact with job seekers, current employees, clients, and our internal staffing team while providing the administrative support that helps us deliver great service.

What You'll Do

Your day may look different from one day to the next. You'll help keep our staffing office organized while supporting both our candidates and internal team.

Responsibilities may include:

Greet candidates, employees, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
Respond to candidate and employee questions and provide assistance
Assist with applications, onboarding paperwork, and employment documents
Help candidates navigate the application and onboarding process
Enter and update candidate and employee information accurately in our staffing system
Maintain accurate files, records, and documentation
Assist with scheduling interviews, orientations, appointments, and other staffing activities
Communicate with candidates and employees by phone, email, and text
Assist recruiters and staffing specialists with daily administrative tasks
Help coordinate drug screens, background checks, skills testing, and other pre-employment requirements
Assist with timekeeping, attendance, and employee-related administrative needs
Support payroll and billing-related administrative tasks as needed
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
Assist with job postings and candidate communications
Help keep the office organized and professional
Pitch in wherever needed to support the team and our customers

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can keep up with a busy staffing office and isn't afraid to jump in and help.

Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with people
Dependable and accountable
A strong communicator
Comfortable working with computers, email, and office software
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Comfortable working independently while also being a team player
Customer-service minded with a positive attitude
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, office administration, payroll, or a busy front-office environment is a plus.
