Job DescriptionThe Administrative Services Organization is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. This position will provide support to multiple Directors, as well as additional support to their management teams. The qualified individual will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Confidentiality and professionalism are a must. Must be a team player and have the ability to handle sensitive information discretely as well as maintain composure in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: general correspondence, phone duties, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements and expense reports, answering internal and external customer inquiries and special duties as required. The selected individual will be required to perform complex and diversified administrative functions that require independent decision making and problem solving with minimal direction.
Supporting customer relations and interfacing including customer visits and meetings, setup of meetings (including refreshment as necessary), and coordination of visit requests with Lockheed Martin Security. Manage conference room (including reservations, Skype, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), Zoom, other IT as necessary).
Provide support for business operations including: coordinate, compile and prepare internal business reviews, documentation and reports; compile and edit weekly and monthly status reports and items of interests. Knowledge of standard office equipment and technology for both operation and basic trouble shooting. (Phone, iPhone, computer, laptop, photocopy, pdf, etc). Coordinate parking spaces with Facilities.
Order/Maintain Office supply Inventory, organize shipping, mail and deliveries as well as general upkeep and maintenance coordination of work area (Kitchenette and supply closet).
Self-starter with strong initiative, proven ability to multi-task and drive closure in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and short/firm deadlines that align to company deliverables.
Basic Qualifications1. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and working knowledge of SharePoint.
2. Ability to work with minimal direction & company/team first attitude at all times.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills/ability to interact with all levels of management, peers, government and other industry personnel in a proficient, courteous, discrete and professional manner.
4. Well organized with flexibility and ability to effectively balance the handling of multiple assignments and tasks.
5. Successful candidate must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-moving team environment.
6. Determines priorities of non-routine situations and will participate and lead miscellaneous projects or initiatives as needed, including providing support to the department staff.
8. The candidate must be professional, reliable, and flexible.
9. Candidate must have willingness to assume increasing levels of responsibilities and have a strong desire for professional continued self-improvement, a professional demeanor and well-spoken
Desired skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage work flow to achieve maximum productivity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Five years of administrative experience, prior executive secretary experience preferred. Self-reliant, and show initiative and good judgment. Ability to anticipate requirements of business leaders. Flexible with the ability to multitask.

Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $51,600 - $86,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
