SunTalk is a local solar installation company looking for an administrative assistant to help with daily production. Person must be willing to learn, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and an excellent communicator.
This position will work closely in day-to-day operation- such as setting up projects and organizing project materials, as well as in customer service and data entry. Preferred background includes a high school education and experience with MS Office, as well as an interest in the renewable energy industry. Applicant must have dependable transportation and some experience working in an office environment.

Creating organizational project materials
Receive and distribute project documentation from the field
Filing field paperwork
Learning and using company software
Job set up and organization
Weekly meeting preparation
High school diploma
Ability to quickly learn new software
Minimum 1 year experience working in an office environment
$18-$22/hr + Benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
