While all location employees have seed quality and a major component of their jobs, the QA Supervisor is the common link that helps to ensure that our customers are pleased with the quality of the seed we produce.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Processes bulk seed samples to determine predicted seed sizing and conversion
• Visually inspect all finished seed lots to ensure acceptable seed appearance
• Processes and submits samples for quality lab analysis
• Works with warehouse employees to probe carryover seed according to customer requests
• Monitors finished crop quality results and initiates actions with location managers when problems are noted.
• Initiating and releasing “SEED ON HOLD” within location warehouses and inventory systems
• Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area

In this role you will work directly with our Office Administrators, administrative processes and personnel within the location. 

Responsibilities include:

· Ensuring a safe work environment around the office

· Maintaining accurate customer and company inventory systems

· Accurately invoicing customers for seed and services provided

· Providing customers with accurate information regarding seed shipments

· Maintaining complete location production and processing records

· Accurately recording seed grower pricing requests

· Initiating grower payments

· Accurately processing vendor invoices for payment

• Agricultural background is helpful but not required
• Strong computer and data entry competency
• Excellent communications skills with positive attitude
• Attentive to detail and accuracy
• Cooperative and willing to assist others
