As part of a diverse and hardworking team of specialists, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to our Huntsville, AL Rocket Engine facility. You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of administrative and customer service. We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent administrative and customer service skills that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, and communicate effectively.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Greet visitors upon entry and connect them with the appropriate party.
  • Guide visitors through Blue’s Visitor Management System and provide appropriate security badge.
  • Follows security procedures for guests, suppliers and other visitors.
  • Cross checks files for Visitor Agreements and NDA’s.
  • Maintains neat appearance reception area, conference rooms, and other common areas.
  • Coordinates and assists setup of conference/meetings rooms (video and/or web conferencing as needed) and ensure equipment is in operating condition.
  • Catering for meeting and events.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • High level of integrity and business professionalism.
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize with ease and at times under pressure
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
  • Due to the nature of the position, telework option is not available.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
