Primary Objective:

Follow all PCB procedures and forms in compliance to ISO 9001


Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with previous excel experience. 

 

Provides administrative support to Human Resources department, operations and supply chain in Halifax. 

Major Areas of Accountability

 

           Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to “Total Customer Satisfaction” among team members.

 

      1.Provides secretarial and administrative support to Management which includes, but not limited to

  1. Filing and scanning 
  2. Setting up and maintaining inventory kanban's
  3. Creating purchase requisitions and interfacing with buyers to coordinate orders
  4. Document custodian for the facility
  5. Running and maintaining operations documents and reports. Must know how to create, modify and manage excel spreadsheets. 

 

  1. With supervision, updates and maintains computer database system and paperwork filing system.

 

  1. Assembles manuals, reports, literature, and communications.

 

  1. Must be familiar with the identification and purpose of all departmental documentation. 

 

  1. Distributes appropriate documentation and procedures in response to requests either internally or externally depending on departmental function.

 

      6.Performs other related duties as designed

Minimum of one to three year

High degree of human relations skills and expertise in communications when dealing with all levels of employees on confidential matters. Able to function effectively in a multi-task environment and be organized. Basic word processing skills. Basic database entry skills. Knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation.
