Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its Little Rock AR location. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to branch sales and rental operations.
  • Receive, process, and create purchase orders.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Follow up with vendors & customers for missing invoices and statements.
  • Support credit and collections activities. 
  • Process vehicle tag and/or title applications for dealership sales.
  • Maintain insurance certificates for on-rent trailers; assist with insurance claims for damaged trailers.
  • Interface with the sales and rental team, as well as other branch locations as needed. 
  • Maintain customer, vendor, and trailer files.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Comply with the Company’s safety program.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced office/administrative position.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to the changing needs and priorities of the office and customer service demands.
  • Must show initiative; work independently and with others, in a fast-paced environment, to achieve accurate and timely results while maintaining your own workload.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly. 
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in a truck, trailer or heavy-duty equipment dealership is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Tag and Title procedures a plus.
  • Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
