**Administrative Assistant **
We are hiring a highly organized Administrative Assistant professional to join our client’s team in Kent, WA. This role provides direct support to executive leadership while assisting with HR operations, sales coordination, and day-to-day administrative functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities across departments.
Compensation: $21 – $25/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm
Location: Kent, WA
Responsibilities:
Executive & Operational Support
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and communications while supporting daily business operations
Coordinate travel arrangements, client meetings, site visits, and company events
Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and internal communications
Track projects, deadlines, and departmental deliverables
Serve as a liaison between leadership, employees, vendors, and clients
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and personnel information
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing
Human Resources Support
Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation scheduling, and new hire documentation
Maintain employee records and HR systems accurately and confidentially
Support payroll and benefits administration through data entry and updates
Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, safety training coordination, and compliance tracking
Support performance review processes and employee development tracking
Coordinate offboarding processes and exit documentation
Sales & Customer Support
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
Coordinate incoming sales inquiries and maintain follow-up tracking in CRM systems
Communicate with clients regarding project timelines, order status, and scheduling updates
Assist with order processing and ensure accuracy between sales, design, and production requirements
Maintain customer records, pricing information, and sales documentation
Support showroom coordination, sample requests, and marketing material distribution
Assist with trade shows, client visits, and product demonstrations
Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure smooth project handoff and workflow
Requirements:
Previous administrative assistant, executive assistant, HR support, or office coordination experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
Experience with CRM systems and HR/payroll systems preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Kent, WA
