Trustile is hiring for a front desk receptionist. Various tasks included but are not limited to:  



Highlights of your role 

  • Greets people on phone or in person in a positive helpful manner and direct to the appropriate person.
  • Support customer visits to our corporate office including facility preparation, coordinating meals and sending follow-up paperwork.
  • Order food for office lunches or events
  • Make sure common areas are clean and presentable for guests and employees.  
  • Orders supplies and maintain inventory. 
  • Able to create and edit Word templates.
  • Is reliable and  present to avoid disrupting work responsibilities of others in the department.  
  • Examine/inspect office conditions and or procedures and identify problems, inaccuracies, and cost saving measures that arise or that may be encountered.
  • Ordering of supplies for office personal and different departments 
  • Upkeep with Directory and seating arrangements 
  • Helping with planning and execution of weekly events 
  • Managing vendors and suppliers 
  • Help with cleaning and organizing storage closest
  • Being flexible with other duties that arise 
  • Ensuring you keep within budget  and using cost savings tasks 


You are a people person who likes social interaction.  You are always professional and welcoming to all.   You have an eye for details and are on the lookout for ways to improve our customer and employee experience related to our office facilities, meetings, and events.  You also have solid computer and organization skills to complete projects as assigned and on time.  


You’re a good fit if you have 

• Previous receptionist and/or administrative support preferred (2 years)

• PC Skills including Outlook, On-line ordering, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including oral and written

• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills

• Ability to juggle phones, visitors, and projects

• Pro-active not reactive

• Ability to pass a background investigation and a pre-employment drug screen

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Pay $18.50 per hour 

The pay displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
