Schwarz Partners has an exciting opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant in Carmel, IN! The Administrative Assistant Performs duties to provide a variety of administrative functions, support, and planning for the Senior Management Group.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Prepare and compose correspondence, reports, documents, memos working from notes and direction.
  • Responsible for collecting material and content for review with the writer and final distribution for the corporate newsletter.
  • Support Office Manager with Airecorr and other travel arrangements as required for the executive staff.
  • Preparation of any required presentations, materials or budget books for bank; partner; and GM meetings.
  • Lead role in planning at least one annual board meeting that is held outside of the U.S. in addition to GM Meetings.
  • Coordinate ticket orders and distribution for events; i.e. Lucas Oil, IMS.
  • Organize, create and arrange approval of expense reports for executive staff.
  • Provide back up support to receptionist.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.


PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • 2- or 4-year college degree with Marketing and/or Communications Concentration; 1-3 Years of related business experience.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Use a computer and other common equipment.
  • Excellent writing skills, including spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to compose business correspondence.
  • Excellent phone communication skills.
