Position Purpose:

As an Administrative Assistant for WinField United, your responsibilities include coordination and administrative support for one or more vice presidents and other team members. Your main duties include:

  • Achieving excellent customer service by proactively supporting your group and customers in person, via e-mail and over the phone

  • Coordination for video conferences, hybrid, and in-person meetings

  • Coordination of meetings and events, along with programs and on-going projects

  • Material preparation for large conferences and meetings

  • Coordinate employee moves/onboarding

  • Travel management for both national and international itineraries (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.)

  • Managing calendars and e-mail inboxes

  • Tracking of departmental expenses (includes assistance with monthly expense reports)

  • Assisting in creating and proofing communications and presentations

  • Maintaining and organizing file management systems

  • Executing contract completion with Docusign, Adobe and Service Now

  • Process vendor setup and invoice payments in Ariba and Unity systems

  • Compiling survey data and tracking metrics

  • Order supplies as needed

  • Creating and maintaining departmental reports and records

Experience-Education (Required):

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • 3 or more years office/administrative experience.

  • Previous experience supporting senior level executives.

  • Advanced computer skills, including exceptional abilities in Microsoft Suite along with Teams and Zoom.

Competencies-Skills (Required):

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability and willingness to learn new applications and processes.

  • Must be agile and adept at multi-tasking and changing directions quickly.

  • Must be able to prioritize workload from multiple managers as well as consistently follow-up and complete assignments.

  • Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.

Experience-Education (Preferred):

  • 4-year degree

  • 5+ years related experience in the Agriculture Industry.

Competencies-Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with “One-Drive” administration
