Job Overview:

Pasek Security Company, a DH Pace Company, Inc. - Experienced Administration Manager / Business Manager will manage Office Administration team in multiple offices.  Occasionally will commute to Salem, NH office from Boston office, but majority of the time will work in the Boston office; mileage reimbursement will be provided.

Manage administrative staff while directly supporting Mid and Senior level management with operational objectives and business initiatives.  Will directly manage, train and develop personnel responsible for customer service, sales order entry, contracts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and billing.

Position Overview:

  • Directly influence improving and ensuring adherence to processes, procedures and policies related to all administrative functions of a well-established commercial electronic security integration business
  • Must be hands-on to effectively learn and be able to perform the processes that manage our business and to ensure staff performance accountabilities for: Customer Service, Sales Order Entry, Contracts, Billing, Credit, A/P, A/R, Job Costing, Invoicing and Auditing
  • Utilize company software and proprietary systems to timely generate, format and distribute Division financial reports (daily, weekly and monthly) for Senior Management’s review of current operational status compared to meeting overall performance objectives
  • Hold monthly administrative team meetings, support and participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding personnel and promote and participate in activities supporting team building, health and wellness and volunteering in our community

 Qualifications: 

  • Business degree preferred with minimum three (3) years of Office Management / Administrative Operations Management experience coupled with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative office experience with knowledge of C/S, Sales Order Entry, Contracts, A/P, A/R, billing, invoicing, call taking/scheduling and auditing. Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent coupled with a minimum of six (6) years of management experience.
  • Occasionally will commute to Salem, NH office from Boston office, but majority of the time will work in the Boston office.
    • South Boston office location: 9 West Third Street, South Boston, MA 02127 which offers FREE off-street parking and is one (1) block from Broadway T Station
    • Salem Office: 6 Delaware Dr. Unit #1, Salem, NH 03079
  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.
  • Computer proficient; MS Office Suite is a must and use of an ERP System is a plus
  • Successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer relation skills, high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen sense for details
