Job Overview:

This team member will be responsible for:

  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks;
  • Ability to maintain relationships with yard partners and customers;
  • Ability to communicate with other yards regarding prices for Industrial accounts;
  • Attention to details on customers’ needs;
  • Compare/match tickets with correct prices;
  • Resolve customer discrepancies;
  • Issue customers’ payments on a timely manner and within payment terms;
  • Accuracy in completing paperwork/reports.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, & SA Recycling safety, health, & environmental rules, regulations, policies, & procedures;
  • Knowledge of scales operations;
  • Excellent administrative skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) - preferred but not required;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft (Excel, Word, etc.);
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills;
  • Willingness to cover truck scales;
  • Willingness to support the dispatch department;
  • Honesty and integrity.
