Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant / Recruiter

Location: In Office

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour (DOE)

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to join our growing team! This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll play an important role in supporting our recruiting efforts and day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates for open positions
Review applications and conduct phone screenings
Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
Assist with new hire onboarding and employment paperwork
Maintain accurate employee and applicant records
Answer phones, emails, and general office inquiries
Assist with data entry and filing
Support clients and employees with questions as needed
Complete various administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

Previous administrative, customer service, or recruiting experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
