What We Are Looking For
We're seeking a skilled Additive Manufacturing Build Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding Littleton site to coordinate, prepare, and launch 3D Systems stereolithography printers for manufacturing patient-specific anatomical models and guides. The ideal candidate will manage our printing pipeline while handling minor machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs that require escalated technical expertise. This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week.

What You Will Do
- Monitor daily loads and parts to maximize production capacity and optimize machine utilization
- Coordinate prioritization of production parts across multiple teams
- Initiate the production of parts across a fleet of stereolithography 3D printers
- Document production activities in accordance with medical device quality standards
- Perform minor machine maintenance
- Maintain records of production quality and failures
What You Will Bring
- High School diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of work experience. This could include a background in any type of business.
- Professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask in fast paced work environment
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing process and practices
- Ability to manipulate parts in a 3D design software environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite (e.g. Word, Excel)
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, aerospace)
